Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at branding@afconsultingcompany.com. Please note that services rendered are non-refundable. We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances therefore all return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to request a refund. You can always contact us for any return question at branding@afconsultingcompany.com.

Damages and issues
Upon Completion of services, approval will be requested nulling any returns that may be requested for any issues or damages. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
